Whether you are landing at O’Hare Airport or Midway Airport, we would like for you to know that your driver will be monitoring your flight status and he/she will call or text you once your flight has safely landed. If your driver has not contacted you, then you may go ahead and contact your driver or the company at 312-448-8787. After all communication has been made and you have retrieved your luggage, all you have to do is provide the driver with your door/vestibule number.

O’Hare International Airport:

  • Due to construction at O’Hare Airport the new pick up locations for Livery vehicles are currently taking place on the first curb as soon as you come out of baggage claim.
  • Terminal 1 pick-up is located outside of door 1G
  • Terminal 2 pick-up is located outside of door 2E
  • Terminal 3 pick-up is located outside of door 3G
  • Terminal 5 pick-up is located outside of door 5D on the outer curb.

Midway International Airport:

  • If arriving at Midway Airport your pick-up is located outside of door 2LL on the middle curb.

Please Note:

If you do not see your driver please do NOT leave the airport before calling Second City Livery Service @ 312-448-8787. If you leave the airport without contacting us, you will be CHARGED for the FULL amount of the trip that was scheduled. We will make multiple attempts to contact our client(s) before our driver is released from their assignment and the trip is considered a “No-Show” reservation.
